Established in 1987 as Horizon Builders & Developers, the organization primarily began with construction of turn-key projects comprising residential complexes, infrastructure projects, industrial and commercial complexes . The transition was further consolidated to form Ventura Realtors India Pvt Ltd, dedicated to building affordable homes for the discerning home buyer. The company’s legacy is the hundreds of satisfied Horizon home owners in and around Kochi.
